Clifford Chance advises Delivery Hero on US$600 million sale of foodpanda Taiwan to Grab
Global law firm Clifford Chance is advising Delivery Hero SE (Delivery Hero) on the sale of its foodpanda delivery platform business in Taiwan to Grab Holdings Limited (Grab) for US$600 million in cash, on a cash-free, debt-free basis.
The transaction marks Grab's expansion into Taiwan, its first market outside South East Asia. The transaction is subject to regulatory approvals, and is expected to close in the second half of 2026. More details of the transaction can be found in Delivery Hero's announcement.
