Clifford Chance advises BlackRock on its launch of Easttree Media

Global law firm Clifford Chance has advised funds and accounts managed by BlackRock on its launch of Easttree Media, an investment platform established to acquire income rights in iconic films and television shows.

Since its launch, Easttree has closed multiple transactions involving some of the world’s most prolific shows and artists.

Private equity partner Neil Barlow, counsel Mark Sheehy and associate Eric Schaffer led the transaction with support from associates Caitlin Hagart, Alana McAndrews and Anthony Conte and lawyer Atiah Zohura.
