Clifford Chance advises Keppel on divestment of 800 Super to Actis
Global law firm Clifford Chance has advised Keppel Asia Infrastructure Fund (KAIF) and Keppel on their divestment of a combined 80% stake in 800 Super – a leading Singapore-based environmental services provider – to Actis, valuing the company at over S$600 million based on 100% of 800 Super’s enterprise value.
Partners Jamie McLaren and Melissa Ng led the transaction, with support from senior associate Hui Qi Lim, associates Audrey Siew and Wenkai Lyu, and trainee solicitor Gabriel Merga.
