Clifford Chance advises Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield on the sale of the Bonaire shopping centre in Valencia
Clifford Chance has advised Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield on the sale of the Bonaire shopping centre, located in Valencia, to Castellana Properties, a Spain-based REIT subsidiary of Vukile Property Fund, for the amount of EUR 305 million.
The completion of the transaction takes place after being initially delayed due to the effects of the flooding in Valencia in October 2024, once the shopping centre's activity resumed.
The Clifford Chance team was led by partner Carlos Portocarrero, together with associate Itziar Kraus and trainee Paula Abad from the Real Estate department.

Clifford Chance ha asesorado a Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield en la venta del centro comercial Bonaire, ubicado en Valencia, a Castellana Properties, SOCIMI española subsidiaria de Vukile Property Fund, por un importe de 305 millones de euros.
El cierre de la operación tiene lugar tras haberse pospuesto debido a los efectos de la Dana que afectó a Valencia el pasado mes de octubre de 2024, una vez reanudada la actividad del centro comercial.
El equipo de Clifford Chance estuvo liderado por el socio Carlos Portocarrero, junto a la asociada Itziar Kraus y la trainee Paula Abad del departamento de Inmobiliario.
