Clifford Chance assisted Encavis AG on the acquisition of two ready-to-build solar projects of about 18.4 MW from Hive Energy and Sunleonard Energy.
The two projects, among the first built in Emilia-Romagna, will produce about 28 GWh of green electricity per year. The projects, whose construction has been entrusted to Ethical Power Limited, are scheduled to start operation by the end of 2025.
