Clifford Chance advises Airbus Defence and Space AS on lease agreement for satellite channels
Global law firm Clifford Chance advised Airbus Defence and Space on a lease agreement for three UHF TACSAT satellite channels on a communications satellite.
The signed contract covers a period of 15 years during which telecommunications resources will be used by the Polish Cyber Defence Forces Component Command.
The project was led by Professor Piotr Bogdanowicz (Counsel) and supervised by Marcin Ciemiński, PhD, (Partner). The team also consisted of lawyers specializing in the area of intellectual property – Krzysztof Hajdamowicz (Counsel) and Martyna Sieczka (Associate).

Międzynarodowa kancelaria prawna Clifford Chance doradzała Airbus Defence and Space w związku z zawarciem umowy dzierżawy trzech kanałów satelitarnych UHF TACSAT na satelicie telekomunikacyjnym.
Umowa zawarta na okres 15 lat przewiduje wykorzystanie zasobów telekomunikacyjnych przez Centrum Zasobów Cyberprzestrzeni Sił Zbrojnych.
Projektem przewodził prof. ucz. dr hab. Piotr Bogdanowicz (Counsel), a nadzór nad realizacją transakcji sprawował dr Marcin Ciemiński (Partner). W skład zespołu weszli również prawnicy specjalizujący się w prawie własności intelektualnej: Krzysztof Hajdamowicz (Counsel) oraz Martyna Sieczka (Associate).
