Clifford Chance advises lenders on financing for CCC of up to a total of PLN 1.8 billion

Global law firm Clifford Chance advised the lenders on syndicated financing for CCC S.A., including factoring, up to a total value of PLN 1.8 billion. The funds will be used to refinance the existing bank debt and to finance operating activities, including the further development of CCC and HalfPrice. The financing is partly based on export guarantees granted by KUKE.

The terms of the new facility agreement are linked to the implementation of sustainable development goals (ESG). The agreement as concluded in the Sustainability Linked Loans (SLL) formula. The financing consortium was composed of the following banks: mBank S.A., European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, Bank Pekao S.A., BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A., PKO Bank Polski S.A., Santander Bank Polska S.A. and Bank Handlowy w Warszawie S.A. and the following factoring entities: Santander Factoring Sp. z o.o., mFaktoring S.A., PKO Faktoring S.A. oraz BNP Paribas Faktoring sp. z o.o.
