Miłosz Gołąb specialises in complex financing, refinancing and turnaround & out-of-court restructuring transactions concerning financial indebtedness, and in the issuance of debt securities.
He mainly advises listed companies, Polish banks and international lending institutions on the refinancing and restructuring of existing financial debt of capital groups, involving various groups of creditors. He has been involved in many groundbreaking restructurings, acting both for banks and other financial institutions, and for corporate clients. Miłosz also has a wide range of experience in financing and refinancing various types of investment projects (financing corporate takeovers, asset and investment projects) as well as issuance of debt securities.
