Clifford Chance advises the lenders on the financing of the acquisition of RGS Nordic by Blue Phoenix Group
Global law firm Clifford Chance has advised the lenders in relation to the financing of the acquisition of a 100% equity stake in RGS Nordic A/S, the market leader in the treatment and recycling of soil and construction and demolition waste in Denmark, by Blue Phoenix Group.
The Clifford Chance team consisted of Titus de Vries, Herman Steinvoort and Bart Stuyfzand, with support from Angela McEwan, David Woolmer, Sylvia van der Heyden, Samuel van Eijnatten and Isabelle Booth. Kromann Reumert assisted on Danish law aspects of the financing.
