Clifford Chance advises Arjun Infrastructure Partners on the acquisition of DIGI's optical fibre network in Spain
Clifford Chance has advised Arjun Infrastructure Partners, a leading independent European infrastructure fund manager, on its acquisition, in consortium with Macquarie Capital and Aberdeen, of a FTTH network from DIGI which currently comprises 4,250,000 building units across 12 provinces in Spain. The remainder of the network – up to 1,750,000 building units – will be deployed over an estimated period of three years. The transaction is subject to customary conditions.
The network will be operated by Onivia, Spain's largest independent wholesale fibre platform and in which Arjun Infrastructure Partners is also a significant investor alongside Macquarie Capital and Aberdeen. We also advised Arjun Infrastructure Partners on its prior investment in Onivia.

Clifford Chance ha asesorado a Arjun Infrastructure Partners, una gestora de fondos independiente y líder en Europa que invierte en el sector de infraestructura, en su adquisición, en consorcio con Macquarie Capital y Aberdeen, de una red de fibra hasta el hogar (FTTH) de DIGI que actualmente está integrada por 4.250.000 unidades inmobiliarias en 12 provincias de España. El resto de la red, hasta un total de 1.750.000 unidades inmobiliarias, se desplegará durante un período estimado de tres años. La transacción está sujeta al cumplimiento de las condiciones suspensivas habituales.
La red será operada por Onivia, el principal operador mayorista independiente de fibra óptica de España y en la que Arjun Infrastructure Partners también es un inversor significativo junto a Macquarie Capital y Aberdeen. Clifford Chance también asesoró a Arjun Infrastructure Partners en su inversión previa en Onivia.
