Clifford Chance appoints Jennifer Chimanga and Mustapha Mourahib as co-heads of its Africa Group

Global law firm Clifford Chance has appointed Jennifer Chimanga and Mustapha Mourahib as joint heads of its Africa Group. The appointment is effective 1 October 2023. The pair take over from Anthony Giustini.

Jennifer was previously the Co-Head of East Africa, and Africa Practice Leader for Telecoms, Media and Technology (TMT). She is a corporate, M&A partner based in London and advises leading telecoms and technology companies across the world on cross-border acquisitions, disposals and investments. Mustapha is Managing Partner of the firm's Casablanca office and has extensive experience in strategic M&A, private equity, and finance transactions in Africa.
