Clifford Chance advises Millennium Leasing in connection with a synthetic securitization
International law firm Clifford Chance has advised Millennium Leasing sp. z o.o. in connection with a synthetic securitization. As part of the transaction, Millennium Leasing transferred a significant part of the credit risk from a selected portfolio to be securitized to an investor. The transfer of the risk of the securitized portfolio is carried out through a recognised credit protection instrument in the form of a credit-linked note (CLN). UniCredit Bank acted as arranger and issuing agent in the transaction.

Międzynarodowa kancelaria prawna Clifford Chance doradzała Millennium Leasing sp. z o.o. w związku z sekurytyzacją syntetyczną. W ramach transakcji Millennium Leasing dokonał przeniesienia na inwestora istotnej części ryzyka kredytowego z wybranego portfela podlegającego sekurytyzacji. Przeniesienie ryzyka sekurytyzowanego portfela realizowane jest poprzez uznany instrument ochrony kredytowej w postaci obligacji powiązanych z ryzykiem kredytowym (obligacji CLN). Rolę organizatora i agenta ds. emisji w transakcji pełnił UniCredit Bank.
