Chris is a counsel in the Structured Finance group in Clifford Chance's London office, specialising in credit risk transfer transactions, with a particular focus on SRT and synthetic securitisation, acting for originators across APAC, Europe and North America.

Chris also has extensive experience in a wide range of OTC derivatives, in particular rated securitisation hedging and deal contingent hedging.
