Clifford Chance advises Quadient in the context of their first sustainability-linked facility and a stimulus participating loan
Clifford Chance advised Quadient on the following transactions:
- On 15 June 2023, a multicurrency revolving sustainability-linked credit facility agreement was entered into, for an aggregate amount equal to €300,000,000, between Quadient S.A. and Quadient Finance Ireland Limited as borrowers and a syndicate of eight international banks, comprising Bank of America Europe DAC, BNP Paribas, Commerzbank Aktiengesellschaft, Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank, HSBC Continental Europe, Landesbank Hessen-Thüringen Girozentrale, Le Crédit Lyonnais and Société Générale as Mandated Lead Arrangers.
- On 20 June 2023, a stimulus participating loan agreement was entered into, for a principal amount equal to €90,000,000, between Quadient S.A. and BNP Paribas.

- Le 15 juin 2023, un contrat de crédit syndiqué multidevises renouvelable à impact a été conclu entre Quadient S.A. et Quadient Finance Ireland Limited en tant qu'emprunteurs et un consortium de huit banques internationales dont Bank of America Europe DAC, BNP Paribas, Commerzbank Aktiengesellschaft, Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank, HSBC Continental Europe, Landesbank Hessen-Thüringen Girozentrale, Le Crédit Lyonnais et Société Générale en tant qu'arrangeurs principaux mandatés, pour un montant global de €300,000,000.
- Le 20 juin 2023, un contrat de prêt participatif relance a été conclu entre Quadient S.A. et BNP Paribas, pour un montant principal de €90,000,000.
