Clifford Chance advises dsm-firmenich on the agreement to transfer DSM Pension Services to Pension Fund DSM Nederland

International law firm Clifford Chance has advised its longstanding client dsm-firmenich, innovators in nutrition, health, and beauty, on the agreement to transfer its Dutch pension administration organisation (DSM Pension Services or DPS) including all circa 70 employees to Stichting Pensioenfonds DSM Nederland (PDN), the independent manager of the pension fund of 16 companies. The transaction is subject to customary conditions and approvals.
