Clifford Chance strengthens client offering with hire of Holger Lutz to lead Tech and Digital team in Germany
Leading International law firm Clifford Chance is further strengthening its tech expertise in Europe with the hire of Holger Lutz who joins the firm on 1 June 2023 and will lead the firm's Tech and Digital team in Germany. Holger will be based in the firm's Frankfurt office.
Holger joins from Baker McKenzie, where he led its German IP Tech team and advised companies on all aspects of Tech law. He brings a wealth of experience on the legal issues related to (out-)sourcing contracts, hardware and software contracts, e-commerce and data protection.
With this hire, the Clifford Chance Tech Group consolidates its position as the leading adviser on tech and digital projects in Europe and worldwide.

Die internationale Anwaltssozietät Clifford Chance wird ihre Tech Expertise in Europa mit dem Neuzugang von Partner Dr. Holger Lutz weiter stärken. Aus dem Frankfurter Büro heraus wird er zum 1. Juni 2023 die Leitung des Tech und Digital Teams in Deutschland übernehmen.
Holger Lutz kommt von Baker McKenzie, wo er das deutsche IP Tech Team leitete und Unternehmen zu Tech Law beriet. Er bringt einen großen Erfahrungsschatz bei Rechtsfragen im Zusammenhang mit (Out-)Sourcing-Verträgen, Hard- und Softwareverträgen, E-Commerce sowie Datenschutz mit.
