Clifford Chance advises Generali Real Estate on acquisition of the office and commercial property k26 in Frankfurt
Clifford Chance has advised Generali Real Estate on the acquisition of the office and commercial property k26 in Frankfurt's banking district. The acquisition took place as part of an asset deal for the pan-European fund Generali Europe Income Holding (GEIH), which is managed by Generali Real Estate S.p.A Società di gestione del risparmio and is reserved for professional investors.
k26 is a high-rise office and business complex at the centre of the banking district in Frankfurt and has an area of around 11,500 m². Built in 2004, the complex has since been completely renovated. The lower floors at the base of the property are all let to a single tenant under a long-term lease and the space in the tower to various different tenants.
In May 2022, Clifford Chance had already advised Generali Real Estate on the acquisition of another office and commercial property in Frankfurt, the "10tral".

Die internationale Anwaltssozietät Clifford Chance hat Generali Real Estate beim Erwerb der Büro- und Gewerbeimmobilie k26 im Frankfurter Bankenviertel beraten. Der Kauf erfolgte im Rahmen eines Asset Deals für den paneuropäischen Fonds „Generali Europe Income Holding“ (GEIH), der von der Generali Real Estate S.p.A Società di gestione del risparmio verwaltet wird und professionellen Investoren vorbehalten ist.
Das k26 ist ein Büro- und Geschäftshochhaus im Frankfurter Bankenviertel an der Ecke Kaiserstraße 26 und Neue Mainzer Straße 28 mit rund 11.500 Quadratmetern. Das im Jahr 2004 errichtete Objekt wurde im Laufe der Zeit umfassend saniert. Die Immobilie ist im Sockelbereich vollständig an einen einzigen Mieter mit langfristigem Mietvertrag und im Turm in einer Multi-Tenant-Struktur vermietet.
Im Mai 2022 hatte Clifford Chance Generali Real Estate bereits beim Erwerb einer weiteren Büro- und Gewerbeimmobilie in Frankfurt beraten, dem "10tral".
