Clifford Chance advises COSCO Shipping Ports on the refinancing of its terminal in the Port of Bilbao
Clifford Chance has advised CSP Iberian Bilbao Terminal, S.L. (controlled by COSCO Shipping Ports), concessionaire of dock 1 and dock 2 of the Port of Bilbao, on the refinancing of its debt.
The Port of Bilbao is one of the most important transport and logistics hubs in the European Atlantic corridor. It is the main container port in northern Spain and one of the largest in the country.
Clifford Chance's team was led by Global Financial Markets partner José Guardo who was supported by counsel Felipe Font and associates Juan Puras and María González.
This deal, along with others closed in recent months, demonstrates the continuous involvement of Clifford Chance in some of the most complex and relevant infrastructure deals on the Spanish market.

Clifford Chance ha asesorado a CSP Iberian Bilbao Terminal, S.L. (controlada por COSCO Shipping Ports), concesionaria del muelle 1 y muelle 2 del Puerto de Bilbao, en la refinanciación de su deuda.
El Puerto de Bilbao es uno de los centros logísticos y de transporte más importantes del corredor atlántico europeo, al ser el principal puerto de contenedores en el norte de España y uno de los más grandes del país.
El equipo de Clifford Chance estuvo liderado por el socio de Global Financial Markets, José Guardo, que contó con el apoyo del Counsel Felipe Font y los asociados Juan Puras y María González.
Esta financiación, junto con otras operaciones cerradas en los últimos meses, demuestran la continua participación de Clifford Chance en algunos de los proyectos de infraestructuras más complejos y relevantes del mercado español.
