International law firm Clifford Chance has advised Entain plc on its acquisition of BetCity, one of the Netherlands’ leading online sports betting and gaming operators.
The Clifford Chance team was led by corporate partners Melissa Fogarty in London and Stephanie Horowitz in Amsterdam, with support from a cross practice team in London and Amsterdam led by associates Elliot Hirst, Sabine van den Heuvel, Hephzibah Adeosun and Lewin Lim.
