Clifford Chance advises Teslin in relation to HyET Solar's growth capital

International law firm Clifford Chance has advised Teslin in relation to the growth capital provided to HyET Solar, together with Australian green investment fund Fortescue Future Industries ('FFI').

HyET Solar, based in Arnhem (the Netherlands), develops and produces flexible and lightweight solar foil for generating solar energy. Both Teslin and FFI hold a substantial minority stake in the company, with FFI increasing its existing share.

With the capital, HyET Solar will finance the upscaling of the production facility for its unique solar foil. In the medium term, the company plans to be listed on the Amsterdam stock exchange in order to raise additional growth capital. Teslin and FFI will actively support HyET Solar in this process.
