Clifford Chance advises on SF Intra-City's US$276 million Hong Kong IPO and listing

Leading international law firm Clifford Chance has advised SF Intra-City Industrial Co. Ltd. on its initial public offering (IPO) and listing on the mainboard of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. A group member of Shenzhen-listed SF Holding, the company is a leading intra-city on-demand delivery service platform in China, with comprehensive service offerings spanning from delivery of food, retail goods and e-commerce solutions.

The deal was led by partners Fang Liu (Hong Kong) and Tianning Xiang (Beijing), and supported by consultant Janet Tang (Hong Kong), senior associate Erxin Lu (Beijing), associates Ada Zheng (Beijing), Luyi Jiao (Beijing), and Astrid Zhuang (Shanghai), and trainee Ruonan Tang (Beijing).

Clifford Chance had previously advised on Deutsche Post DHL Group's RMB5.5 billion landmark Greater China supply chain deal with SF Holding.
