Clifford Chance advises on FMC GlobalSat's acquisition of Santander Teleport

Clifford Chance has advised on FMC GlobalSat's acquisition of 100% of Santander Teleport, a World Teleport Association award-winning independent Spanish teleport operator in the Cantabria region. FMC GlobalSat Holdings Inc is a global provider of satellite and wireless connectivity solutions headquartered in Florida. This acquisition (subject to customary closing conditions) from the ERZIA group, which founded Santander Teleport in 2010, will solidify FMC's position in the provision of connectivity solutions and increase its presence in Europe, Africa and the Middle East.
