Clifford Chance has advised a pool of lenders on the EUR 600 million financing granted to Adamo Telecom, S.L.U. (the leading open access fiber-to-the-home player in rural Spain), to refinance the Group's existing indebtedness and support its future growth through continued organic network roll-out and M&A.
