Clifford Chance advises Česká spořitelna on financing for acquisition of FLOSMAN by Oriens

International law firm Clifford Chance has advised Česká spořitelna in relation to the financing for the acquisition of FLOSMAN by Oriens Group, CEE investment manager.

FLOSMAN is engaged in sale and distribution of fresh goods, groceries and drugstore products. The firm's main activity is securing supplies for own retail network Flop Top as well as franchise networks Flop and Potraviny CZ in southern, western and central Bohemia, the entire Vysočina region and southern Moravia.

Oriens is an independent, privately-owned financial boutique focusing on private equity investments in the Czech Republic, Hungary and Slovakia.
