Clifford Chance has advised the lenders on a revolving credit facility up to the maximum amount of EUR1,000 million to Inmobiliaria Colonial, Socimi, .S.A. for its general corporate purposes granted by CaixaBank, S.A., BNP Paribas, S.A., Sucursal en España, Natixis, S.A., Sucursal en España, Mediobanca - Banca di Credito Finanziario, S.P.A., Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria, S.A., Intesa Sanpaolo S.P.A., Sucursal en España, J.P. Morgan AG and Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank, Sucursal en España as bookrunners, acting CaixaBank, S.A. as agent and CaixaBank, S.A., BNP Paribas, S.A., Sucursal en España, Natixis, S.A., Sucursal en España and Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria, S.A. as sustainability agents.
