Clifford Chance advises Infracapital and AMP on the sale of Adven

Leading international law firm Clifford Chance advises Infracapital, the infrastructure equity investment arm of M&G Plc, and AMP Capital on the disposal of 100% of Adven, a leading provider of clean energy solutions across the Nordics and Baltics.

Clifford Chance has a long-term relationship with Infracapital and AMP, having advised the sellers on the original acquisition of the business from EQT in 2016. Since the acquisition of the business, they have achieved significant growth and delivered on the ambition to expand the business' presence in the Swedish market and successfully entering the Latvian and Norwegian energy infrastructure markets.

The transaction was led by London-based PE/Infrastructure Partners Spencer Baylin and Toby Parkinson, with the support of Director Martin Kolmar, Senior Associate Victoria Ho, and Associates Lianne Mizrachi and Amelia Bennett.
