Clifford Chance advises a consortium of banks on their financing to Fiteni

Clifford Chance has advised Banco Santander, S.A. (as Coordinator, Sole Book-Runner and Agent); Novo Banco, S.A., Succursale Luxembourg; Bankinter, S.A. and Alantra - Real Estate Debt Fund on the envisaged 100M financing to be granted to Fiteni, S.L. to refinance its existing financing and other subsidiaries' financing.

The team was led by partner Rodrigo Uría, with the support of associates Felipe Font, Marta Martínez and María Vispo, all from the Banking & Finance department.
