Clifford Chance advises DMK Group on the sale of sanotact Group
Clifford Chance has advised Germany's largest dairy cooperative DMK Group on the sale of sanotact Group, with subsidiaries in Germany, Hong Kong and Turkey, to Flotte Holding GmbH.
sanotact Group, based in Münster, Germany, and employing around 190 people, specialises in the development and production of food supplements. Flotte Holding GmbH is the investment arm of the Piëch-Nordhoff family and is currently looking to expand its direct holding portfolio under the management of David Maresch, with a particular focus on sustainable businesses. Flotte will take over the entire Münster site including all employees.
DMK Group, which produces well-known brands such as Alete and Milram, intends to strengthen its focus on its core dairy business.

Die internationale Anwaltssozietät Clifford Chance hat Deutschlands größte Molkereigenossenschaft DMK Group beim Verkauf der sanotact-Gruppe mit Tochtergesellschaften in Deutschland, Hongkong und der Türkei an die Flotte Holding GmbH beraten.
Die sanotact-Gruppe mit Sitz in Münster beschäftigt rund 190 Mitarbeiter und ist spezialisiert auf Nahrungsergänzungsmittel. Der Erwerber Flotte Beteiligungen ist der Beteiligungsarm der Familie Piëch-Nordhoff, die gerade unter der Leitung von David Maresch im Aufbau eines Direktbeteiligungsportfolios mit Fokus auf nachhaltige Unternehmen ist. Flotte wird den Standort Münster inklusive Mitarbeiter komplett übernehmen.
Mit dem Verkauf möchte die DMK Group, zu der bekannte Marken wie Alete und Milram gehören, sich weiter auf das Kerngeschäft Milchprodukte fokussieren.
Clifford Chance hat den Veräußerungsprozess umfassend rechtlich betreut.
