Clifford Chance advises Ardian on the financing for the acquisition of a wind farm portfolio from Renovalia Reserve

Clifford Chance has advised Ardian on the entering into a holdco financing of EUR 401,000,000, granted by a syndicate of financial institutions in which Banco Santander, S.A. acts as agent, for the partial financing of the acquisition of a 419.16 MW wind farm portfolio from Renovalia Reserve and the refinancing of the existing project financings related to each of the acquired projects.
