  • Management and implementation of the IBOR Transition for the worldwide Santander Corporate Investment Banking Division: Drafting of templates and playbooks for different products (i.e. bilateral and syndicated loans, deposits, receivables, derivatives, collateral, confirming, repos, etc.), including legal opinions and strategic legal advice.
  • Spanish and international companies in the negotiation of a synthetic Power Purchase Agreement with several Spanish off-takers.
  • Neoelectra in connection with trading CO2 emission rights.
  • Companies on CO2 Carry-on notes.
  • Banco Santander in connection with synthetic securitization of auto loan portfolio using a Spanish securitization vehicle Fondo de Titulización Santander Consumer Spain Synthetic Auto 2018-1.
