Clifford Chance advises Klosterfrau subsidiary on acquisition of Vesoxx
The Klosterfrau subsidiary FARCO-PHARMA GmbH has acquired the medicinal product Vesoxx. The sellers are Oxyton Pharma GmbH and Grachtenhaus-Apotheke e.K. FARCO-PHARMA was advised by Clifford Chance.
FARCO-PHARMA is a global urology company specialising in sterile medical gels and intravesical instillation therapy for treating bladder conditions. Vesoxx is used to treat neurogenic bladder disorders, including in patients with paraplegia, and is an ideal complement to the company's portfolio.

Die Klosterfrau-Tochter FARCO-PHARMA GmbH hat das Arzneimittel Vesoxx erworben. Verkäufer sind die Oxyton Pharma GmbH und die Grachtenhaus-Apotheke e.K. FARCO-PHARMA wurde von der internationalen Anwaltssozietät Clifford Chance rechtlich beraten.
FARCO-PHARMA ist weltweit im Bereich der Urologie mit Schwerpunkt auf sterilen, medizinischen Gelen sowie intravesikalen Instillationstherapien zur Behandlung von Blasenerkrankungen tätig. Mit Vesoxx hat das Unternehmen ein Arzneimittel erworben, das zur Behandlung neurogener Blasenfunktionsstörungen unter anderem bei Patienten mit Querschnittslähmung eingesetzt wird und das Portfolio des Unternehmens ideal ergänzt.
