Clifford Chance advises Cobra Group on the financing of a portfolio of eighteen photovoltaics plants in Spain

Clifford Chance has advised Zero-E Spanish PV, a renewables affiliate of Cobra Group, in the financing of a greenfield portfolio of eighteen photovoltaic plants in Spain for a total amount of 434,039,037.88 Euros, under a project financing scheme, granted by a syndicate of banks.

The plants make up a total power figure of 864.34MWp.

The deal was led by José Guardo, partner of the Banking and Finance department at Clifford Chance Spain, with support from Eduardo Sánchez, senior associate, and Gabriel Miranda and Marta Martínez, junior associates, on his team.
