Clifford Chance advises Cobra Concesiones in the sale of three photovoltaic plants

Clifford Chance has advised Cobra Concesiones on the sale of three photovoltaic plants located in Bonete, in the province of Albacete (Spain), with 49.99MWp, 46.42MWp and 49.99 megawatt peaks (MWp), respectively, to an SPV owned by Helios Energy Investments. The advising process also included the drafting and negotiation of the EPC contracts for each of the plants and the negotiation of the Direct Agreements vis-à-vis the lenders under the project financing.

The plants will have an overall capacity of approximately 150 MWp.

The deal was led by José Guardo, partner of the Banking and Finance department at Clifford Chance Spain, with support from Eduardo Sánchez, senior associate, and Marta Martínez, junior associate, on his team.
