Clifford Chance has advised a leading office building investor on the sale of the Fashion Mall in Munich. The shopping complex was purchased by GEG German Estate Group. With a total investment volume of around EUR 90 million, the deal took place off-market.
The two buildings on Heinrich-Kley-Strasse and Karl-Weinmair-Strasse in Munich's Schwabing district offer a total of some 17,000 sqm of rental space and roughly 340 parking spaces. They were built in 2007 and 2008 and are fully leased to 31 well-known fashion retailers such as Max Mara, Marc Cain and Esprit. Housing around 6,000 and 11,000 sqm of space respectively, the properties are well connected to Munich's municipal infrastructure.

Die internationale Anwaltssozietät Clifford Chance hat einen führenden Büroimmobilien-Investor beim Verkauf der Fashion Mall Munich beraten. Erwerber des Modezentrums ist die GEG German Estate Group. Die Transaktion mit einem Investitionsvolumen von insgesamt rund 90 Millionen Euro erfolgte off-market.
Die Immobilien an der Heinrich-Kley-Straße und der Karl-Weinmair-Straße in München-Schwabing bieten insgesamt rund 17.000 Quadratmeter Mietfläche und etwa 340 Parkplätze. Die an 31 renommierte Modefirmen wie Max Mara, Marc Cain oder Esprit voll vermieteten Objekte bestehen aus zwei 2007 und 2008 errichteten Gebäuden mit rund 6.000 bzw. 11.000 Quadratmetern Fläche und sind günstig an die Münchner Stadtinfrastruktur angebunden.
