Clifford Chance has advised Groupe VYV on its €500 million inaugural bond issue
Clifford Chance advised Groupe VYV on its €500 million inaugural bond issue, with an annual coupon of 1.625% and due in July 2029.
The bond issue, rated A- by FitchRatings, was carried out at the level of the parent entity « UMG Groupe VYV » and will finance the group's transformation project aiming to develop and diversify its insurance offer and to expand its care and related services activity. Groupe VYV is a health and social protection mutual player in France, created in 2017, which includes in particular the following entities: Harmonie Mutuelle, MGEN, MGEFI, MNT and Mutex.
The bonds which were issued on 2 July 2019 are admitted to trading on Euronext Growth in Paris.

Clifford Chance a conseillé le Groupe VYV dans le cadre de son émission obligataire inaugurale d’un montant de 500 millions d’euros, assortie d'un coupon annuel de 1.625% et arrivant à échéance en juillet 2029.
L'émission obligataire, notée A- par FitchRatings, a été faite au niveau de l’entité faîtière « UMG Groupe VYV » et permettra de financer le projet de transformation du groupe visant à développer et diversifier son offre assurantielle ainsi qu’à étendre son activité de soins et services. Le Groupe VYV est un acteur mutualiste de santé et de protection sociale en France, créé en 2017, au sein duquel on retrouve notamment les entités Harmonie Mutuelle, MGEN, MGEFI, MNT et Mutex.
Les obligations, émises le 2 juillet 2019, sont admises aux négociations sur le marché Euronext Growth Paris.
