Clifford Chance advises managing directors and founders of Blue Asset Management GmbH on the sale of the company to Schroders Group
International law firm Clifford Chance has advised the managing directors and founders of Blue Asset Management GmbH on the sale of 100% of the shares in the company to Schroder Holdings (Deutschland) GmbH.
Founded in 2009, Blue Asset Management GmbH manages real estate assets with a focus on Germany, Austria and Switzerland and employs 20 private asset specialists, all of whom will be integrated into the Schroder Real Estate team.
The Clifford Chance team comprised partner Patrick Biagosch, associate Laura Treublein (both Corporate), associate Mario Maier (Employment, all Munich), partner Stefan Behrens and counsel Michael Bohnhardt (both Tax, Frankfurt), partner Stefan Simon (Employment, Frankfurt) as well as partner Joachim Schütze (Antitrust, Düsseldorf).

Die internationale Anwaltssozietät Clifford Chance hat die geschäftsführenden Gesellschafter und Gründer der Blue Asset Management GmbH bei der Veräußerung von 100% der Anteile an der Gesellschaft an die Schroder Holdings (Deutschland) GmbH beraten.
Die 2009 gegründete Blue Asset Management GmbH verwaltet ein Immobilienvermögen mit Schwerpunkt auf Deutschland, Österreich und der Schweiz und beschäftigt 20 Private Assets-Spezialisten, die allesamt in das Team von Schroder Real Estate integriert werden.
Das Clifford Chance Team bestand aus Partner Dr. Patrick Biagosch, Associate Laura Treublein (beide Corporate) und Associate Mario Maier (Arbeitsrecht, alle München), Partner Dr. Stefan Behrens und Counsel Dr. Michael Bohnhardt (beide Steuerrecht, Frankfurt), Partner Dr. Stefan Simon (Arbeitsrecht, Frankfurt) sowie Partner Dr. Joachim Schütze (Kartellrecht, Düsseldorf).
