Julia Villalón Pérez-Artacho joins Clifford Chance as new Senior Associate in the Tax department

Julia Villalón Pérez-Artacho has joined Clifford Chance as Senior Associate in the Tax department led by Pablo Serrano de Haro Martínez, to which she will be contributing her knowledge in international investment operations, corporate restructuring, portfolio transfers, real estate planning, financial transactions and all kinds of tax procedures.

Julia holds a degree in Law and Business Administration from the Universidad Pontificia Comillas and spend the last ten years of her career in the tax law department of a highly prestigious Spanish firm, at its Madrid and New York offices.
