Clifford Chance sweeps top IFLR awards
Team wins International law firm and China practice of the year
Clifford Chance has been recognised by International Financial Law Review (IFLR) as International law firm and China practice of the year, the most prestigious awards given by the publication for the Asia Pacific region. At IFLR's celebration event at the Shangri-La in Hong Kong, the firm also picked up a number of team and deal awards:
- Debt and equity-linked team of the year
- Debt and equity-linked deal of the year - Bank of China (Hong Kong)'s AT1 and tender offer
- Equity deal of the year - Xiaomi IPO
- Restructuring deal of the year - Noble Group
In addition, the firm's senior associate Janet Tang claimed Rising star of the year for her work on equity capital markets and corporate finance transactions.
Connie Heng, Head of Capital Markets for Asia Pacific who attended the event said, "We are grateful for the continued recognition from the market. This annual event is a fantastic opportunity to connect with clients and celebrate our joint wins."

国际领先律师事务所高伟绅于昨夜在香港香格里拉酒店举行的《国际金融法律评论》（IFLR）亚洲奖颁奖典礼上一举夺得“年度最佳国际律师事务所”和“年度最佳中国业务”两项重量级大奖。
同时，高伟绅还荣获了其他多项团队和交易大奖，包括：
- 年度最佳债权和股权挂钩业务团队
- 年度最佳债权和股权挂钩交易 – 中国银行（香港）发行额外一级资本债券以及回购次级票据
- 年度最佳股权交易 – 小米集团香港上市
- 年度最佳重组交易 – 来宝集团
此外，凭借在股权资本市场和企业融资交易方面的优异表现，高伟绅香港办事处企业和证券部高级律师邓敏蔚也获得了“年度最佳新秀律师”的个人荣誉。
