Clifford Chance advises managers on historic GBP95 million DWF Group IPO

International law firm Clifford Chance acted as legal counsel to Stifel Nicolaus Europe Limited, Jefferies International Limited and Zeus Capital Ltd on global legal business DWF Group’s GBP95 million initial public offering and admission to listing on the premium segment of the Official List and to trading on the main market for listed securities of the London Stock Exchange, valuing the business at approximately GBP366 million.

The IPO is the largest listing of a law firm in the UK and the first-ever listing of a law firm on the main market of the London Stock Exchange.

The Clifford Chance team was led by capital markets partners Adrian Cartwright and John Connolly, assisted by senior associates James Spencer and Christopher Osborne, associate Nathan Krapivensky and colleagues across the firm.
