Clifford Chance advises Cinven on investment in leading retargeting technology provider RTB House

International law firm Clifford Chance is advising Cinven, international private equity firm, on its investment in RTB House (RTB), a Warsaw based global provider of innovative retargeting technology for leading brands. Total consideration and financial terms of the deal are not disclosed.

The strong structural growth trends in the global digital advertising software market and RTB's innovative application of AI are two key attributes that attract Cinven's investment to build and grow the multi-award winning company's business.

The cross-border team at Clifford Chance is led by Jonny Myers, Partner and Global Head of Private Equity in London, and Warsaw based Partner Wojciech Polz, with support from Senior Associates Jarosław Gajda and Karol Kulhawik and Associate Konrad Rominkiewicz from Warsaw, and Associate Mark Inkester in London.

Over recent years, Clifford Chance has advised Cinven on a range of investments across jurisdictions, spanning from technology, manufacturing, healthcare, business services, consumer goods to financial sectors.
