Clifford Chance advises on investment bank China Renaissance's US$346 million IPO
Leading international law firm Clifford Chance advised the joint global coordinators, including China Renaissance Securities (Hong Kong) Limited, Goldman Sachs, ICBCI Capital and ABCI Capital, on China Renaissance Holdings Limited's US$346 million (HK$2.7 billion) listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. China Renaissance is an investment banking and investment management firm dedicated to China's new economy and technology businesses.
Partners Tim Wang, Jean Thio and Virginia Lee led on the deal. They were supported by counsel Christine Xu, senior associates Claire Cao and Gehuan Liu, and associates Yuanyuan Cai and Huiyu Huang.
Tim said, "We are excited to be working on this important deal for China Renaissance, demonstrating our continued expertise in advising companies to grow with China's new economy."
In recent months, Clifford Chance has acted on listings by financial institutions in Hong Kong including Bank of Jiujiang's for US$486 million and Huifu Payment's for US$216 million.
