Clifford Chance advises Albelli on the acquisition of monAlbumPhoto

The Dutch group Albelli has entered into exclusive negotiations with M6 Group regarding the full acquisition of monAlbumPhoto, a leading e-commerce player in France in the printing and processing of photo albums and personalised photo products.

Albelli is a leading player in this sector, with a strong presence through several brands across Europe, notably in Benelux and Scandinavia. This acquisition would enable the group to develop its activities in France. Completion of the transaction remains subject to finalisation of the negotiations and to consultation of employee representative bodies.

Clifford Chance advises Albelli on this operation with a team composed in Paris of Marianne Pezant, partner, Alexandre Merle, counsel, and Marie-Aude Kfouri, associate, on the corporate aspects, as well as Eric Davoudet, partner, on the tax aspects. The Amsterdam office also advises on the deal with a team composed of Hans Beerlage and Folko de Vries, partners, Jaap Tempelman, counsel, and Marije Senne.
