Clifford Chance advises ING Group on digital partnership with AXA establishing a global insurance platform

International law firm Clifford Chance has advised ING Group on a global partnership with AXA to provide insurance products and related services through a central digital insurance platform.

The exclusive long-term partnership with AXA will allow ING to offer property & casualty (P&C) as well as health and protection insurance solutions to the bank's customers in six of its Challengers & Growth markets: Germany, Australia, Italy, France, Czech Republic and Austria. The new digital platform will also allow for more personalised digital insurance products, helping ING to deliver its Think Forward strategy while empowering around 13 million customers in those markets.
