Clifford Chance advises Europa Capital on the acquisition of an office property near Munich
Clifford Chance has advised British fund manager Europa Capital on the acquisition of an office property in Unterföhring near Munich by way of an off market transaction. The seller of the property is a fund of Ekistics Property Advisors. Europa Capital acquired the property on behalf of Mitsubishi Estate, its principal shareholder.
The office property at Feringastraße 10-12 in Unterföhring was built in 2003. The building comprises approximately 22,000 square metres of rental area and is currently 88% let to several users. This acquisition is the start of further acquisitions in the core plus segment in Germany and other European markets in order to further diversify the portfolio of Mitsubishi Estate.

Die internationale Anwaltssozietät Clifford Chance hat den britischen Fondsmanager Europa Capital beim Erwerb einer Büroimmobilie in Unterföhring bei München im Rahmen einer Off-Market-Transaktion beraten.
Verkäufer des Objekts ist ein Fonds von Ekistics Property Advisors. Europa Capital erwarb die Immobilie im Auftrag von Mitsubishi Estate, seinem Hauptanteilseigner.
Die Büroimmobilie in der Feringastraße 10-12 in Unterföhring wurde 2003 erbaut. Das Gebäude umfasst rund 22.000 Quadratmeter Mietfläche und ist aktuell zu 88 % vermietet. Der Erwerb der Immobilie bildet den Auftakt zu weiteren Zukäufen im Core-Plus-Segment in Deutschland und anderen europäischen Märkten, um das Portfolio von Mitsubishi Estate weiter zu diversifizieren.
