Clifford Chance advises Altrafin on the sale of Altran's shares
Leading international law firm Clifford Chance has advised Altrafin Participations SAS (“Altrafin”), a subsidiary of Apax Partners and Altamir, on the sale of 14,796,677 shares in Altran Technologies SA ("Altran"), representing 8.4% of Altran's share capital, at a price of 15 euros per share for an amount of 222 million euros by way of an accelerated book building involving institutional investors.
The Offering included the shares sold by Altrafin as well as shares sold by founding shareholders of Altran and in total amounted to 19,774,313 shares, representing 11.2% of Altran's share capital and a total amount of 297 million euros.
Clifford Chance in Paris advised Altrafin on the sale of its shares with Alex Bafi, Aline Cardin and Gilles Lebreton, partners, Olivier Plessis, senior associate, and Ryan Bosch, associate. Jonathan Lewis, partner, and Nathaniel Merino, associate, advised on financing aspects.

Le Placement qui incluait les actions vendues par Altrafin et par les actionnaires fondateurs d’Altran représente au total 19 774 313 titres, soit 11,2% du capital social d’Altran pour un montant total de 297 millions d’euros.
