Clifford Chance advises Encore+ for the acquisition of 69 Haussmann in Paris
Clifford Chance advised Pan-European Fund Encore+, co-managed by LaSalle Investment Management and Aviva Investors, for the acquisition of the property located at 69 Haussmann in Paris, for EUR€128 million.
The building is part of a bigger office complex known as ‘Paris Haussmann’, which is located in the Central Business District area of the city.
The asset comprises more than 7,400 square metres of lettable floor space, situated over eight floors. It is home to a range of high-profile businesses including UBS and Rabobank.
Clifford Chance has advised Encore+ with a team composed of Alexandre Couturier, partner, and Angélique Maniez, associate.
