Clifford Chance advises Eurosic on the aquisition of Center Parc holiday park in Allgäu, Germany
Clifford Chance advised French investor Eurosic on the aquisition of a large part of the newly emerging Center Parc holiday park in Leutkirch, Allgäu, Germany. Pierre & Vacances Center Parcs Group is the vendor and project developer and will manage the longterm operations of the holiday park.
The project is currently the largest touristic individual project in Germany. The holiday park is scheduled to open at the end of 2018 and will encompass 1,000 holiday homes with 5,000 beds on an area of 184 hectares. Eurosic acquired the central unit and 750 holiday homes.
The Clifford Chance team was led by partner Dr. Gerold M. Clifford Chance berät Eurosic beim Erwerb von Center Parc Ferienpark im Allgäu
Die internationale Anwaltssozietät Clifford Chance hat den französischen Investor Eurosic beim Erwerb eines Großteils des neu entstehenden Center Parc Ferienparks in Leutkirch im Allgäu beraten.
Verkäufer ist die Pierre & Vacances Center Parcs Gruppe, die auch die Entwicklung des im Wege eines Forward Deals veräußerten Projekts und den langfristigen Betrieb des Ferienparks übernehmen wird.
Das Projekt ist das derzeit größte touristische Einzelprojekt in Deutschland. Der Ferienpark soll Ende 2018 eröffnet werden und 1.000 Ferienhäuser mit 5.000 Betten auf einem Areal von 184 Hektar umfassen. Eurosic hat die Zentraleinheit und 750 Ferienhäuser erworben.
Das Beratungsteam von Clifford Chance wurde geleitet von Partner Dr. Gerold M.
