Clifford Chance advises the purchasers of the Paris Sofitel Le Faubourg hotel
International law firm Clifford Chance advised a consortium of Asian investors for the acquisition of the corporate entity holding the property and hotel business of the Sofitel Le Faubourg hotel located in Paris.
Sofitel Le Faubourg is a 147 room five-star hotel, located rue Boissy d'Anglas in Paris and renovated in 2014-2015. It is managed by the Accor group under a hotel management agreement. The bank-financing of the transaction was provided by BNP Paribas.
The Clifford Chance team assisting the purchasers was comprised of partner Alexandre Couturier and associates Gabriel Dalarun, Louis-Antoine Frentz and Laura Viale on real estate, corporate and financing matters, partner Eric Davoudet on tax matters and partner François Farmine and associates Jean-Baptiste Madelin and Alban Progri on employment matters.

Exploité par le groupe Accor aux termes d'un contrat de gestion hôtelière, le Sofitel Le Faubourg, situé rue Boissy d'Anglas à Paris est un hôtel de 147 chambres et suites classé cinq étoiles, rénové en 2014-2015. Le financement bancaire de l'opération a été consenti par BNP Paribas.
L'équipe de Clifford Chance, conseil des acquéreurs, était composée en immobilier, corporate et financement d'Alexandre Couturier, associé, assisté de Gabriel Dalarun, Louis-Antoine Frentz et Laura Viale, avocats, en fiscalité d'Eric Davoudet, associé et, en droit social, de François Farmine, associé, assisté de Jean-Baptiste Madelin et Alban Progri, avocats.
