Clifford Chance advises China Energy Engineering Corporation on its US$1.8 billion IPO
Leading international law firm Clifford Chance has advised China Energy Engineering Corporation Limited (CEEC) on its US$1.8 billion IPO. CEEC is one of the largest comprehensive solutions providers for the power industry in China and globally.
The team was led by partner Tim Wang and US securities partner Fang Liu. They were assisted by counsel Ning Liu, senior associate Corey Zhang and associates Lawrence Zhang, Crystal Zhang, Erxin Lu and Xiaoxi Liu.
