Clifford Chance advises SAHAM Finances on its acquisition of a 53.6% stake in the Nigerian reinsurance company, Continental Reinsurance PLC

Leading international law firm Clifford Chance advised SAHAM Finances on its acquisition, by the ECP (Emerging Capital Partner LLC) fund II led consortium, of a 53.6% share of the Nigerian reinsurances company, Continental Reinsurance PLC.

This is part of the continual expansion plan of the group; this acquisition allows SAHAM Finances to consolidate its development in Africa.
